Ms. Jasmin Silva Navarro is Managing Director of Westbridge International LLC, a American private advisory firm based in Washington, DC, committed towards advancing commercial and government relationships between the United States and emerging markets. Her expertise lies in understanding the inner workings of Washington DC's international trade and foreign policy environment, developing key strategic marketing and communications strategies, and forging key bilateral commercial relationships. Ms. Navarro is a believer effective communication can transform relationships and drive results.
In 2003, Ms. Navarro began her career at Bannerman & Associates, Inc., where she focused on Middle East foreign policy, international trade, and immigration issues. She expanded her understanding of the Middle East when she worked at an Arab trade development organization forging key Middle East commercial relationships vis-a-vis commercial delegations and matchmaking opportunities. She has worked in over 20 emerging markets in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Latin America across various sectors, conducted high-level Ministerial and commercial visits to the U.S., and has provided U.S. market insight to foreign partners. Ms. Navarro holds bachelor’s degree in government with a minor in theology from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C..
CURTIS SILVERS

Mr. Curtis Silvers is a Partner at Westbridge International LLC and a Founding Partner of Vanguard Government Strategies, LLC, a government relations consulting firm. He is a foreign affairs expert with over thirty years' experience inside and outside the U.S. Government.
Mr. Silvers also worked at Bannerman and Associates, Inc. as a foreign policy consultant to numerous foreign governments, international educational institutions, and business organizations. Bannerman and Associates’ mission was to assist clients in understanding U.S. policy processes and personalities, building effective working relationships with American policy-makers, and maximizing interactions with the United States. Mr. Silvers also previously served as a staff aide to Senator Fred Thompson as principal advisor on all foreign policy, defense, and international trade issues and as staff on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee under the chairmanship of Senator Richard Lugar. Mr. Silvers holds a master’s degree in U.S. foreign policy and international economic policy from The American University in Washington, DC.
WILLIAM "SKIP" MINER

Mr. William “Skip” Miner is a Partner at Westbridge International LLC and a Founding Partner of Vanguard Government Strategies, LLC, a government relations consulting firm. He is a politico-military expert and retired U.S. Navy Commander. He served in the Navy from 1967 to 1988. Since 1988, he has worked as a private-sector policy consultant to foreign governments, corporations, and other institutions. From 1992 to 2007, he worked at the foreign policy consulting firm of Bannerman and Associates, Inc.
Mr. Miner has extensive experience as a strategic planner, policy analyst and active duty military officer. In the mid-1980s, he worked for Ambassador Armitage, then the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs (OSD/ISA), where he conducted in-depth analysis of threats to U.S. interests in the Persian Gulf region and made appropriate policy recommendations to the Secretary of Defense. He also worked as a Strategic Planner on the staff of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS). He evaluated threats to U.S. interests in the Middle East region and coordinated the preparation and joint service approval of plans to respond to all levels of threats including diplomatic, military, and economic threats.
Mr. Miner earned a Master’s degree in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and accumulated over 3,900 flight hours as a naval aviator in the P-3C aircraft. He has been deployed to all major Atlantic and Mediterranean Naval Bases.
